Breakout session 1: Peer review sprint

This session gives you the opportunity to both present your own project and provide feedback to others. On the day, you will share a case with the group – for example, a challenge, a key learning, or a central question in your project. You will give a short presentation, after which the other participants will provide structured feedback. Several cases will run in parallel, and participants will rotate during the session.

Purpose: To strengthen projects through sparring, feedback, and mutual learning.

Breakout session 2: What is holding us back?

An active workshop focusing on barriers and challenges that limit the scaling of green fuels. When registering, you will be asked to indicate whether you are most interested in discussing regulatory challenges or other challenges related to integration and scaling of green fuels.

  • Which political and market frameworks can accelerate development?
  • How can we as a mission contribute to changing them?

Purpose: To identify systemic barriers and contribute to answering the learning question: What system-level factors and barriers must be addressed to enable coherent development and scaling of the green fuels value chain over the long term?

Breakout session 3: From lab to implementation

In this session, we take a closer look at what it takes to mature technologies from lab and testing stages to full-scale implementation. Participants will work with experiences across projects and discuss:

  • How do we manage the transition from research to demonstration?
  • Which partnerships, investments, and facilities are needed?
  • What can we learn across technologies and sectors?

Purpose: To identify shared challenges and solutions that can help bring more technologies into real-world application faster.
