The Board of Directors consists of 10 members, representing three different types of stakeholders as follows:

1. Five industrial members, with one designated as the chairperson.
   • Three from large corporations.
   • At least two from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
2. Three university members, one of whom serves as the vice-chair.
3. Two representatives from government, technology, and science (GTS) or knowledge institutions.

The Board of Directors has the overall responsibility for setting the direction for the Partnership
and ensuring optimal impact on goals defined in mission-roadmap.
