The 10 members, representing three different types of stakeholders as follows:
- Five industrial members, with one designated as the chairperson.
- Three from large corporations.
- At least two from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
- Three university members, one of whom serves as the vice-chair.
- Two representatives from government, technology, and science (GTS) or knowledge institutions.
